Jonathan Stone
Director


Jonathan worked in the property services industry for 7 years prior to establishing Stone Safety & Cleaning & Stone Gardening Services.  The new business’s emphasis remains with providing cleaning, gardening & grounds maintenance services, but now extends to providing safety services to all industries.  Jonathan’s role is to develop the technical aspects of the core services and to establish proactive relationships between staff and clients.  Jonathan is also an accredited technician to perform test and tagging and service exit lighting.

Fab Barra
Operations Manager


Fab has over 25 years’ experience in the property services industry with 15 years experience as Operations Manager, having previously been employed in operations management with major companies such as Prestige and Tempo (ISS).  Fab coordinates and oversees all operations in both the Melbourne Metropolitan area and country Victoria.

Maria Tidore
General Manager


Maria has worked in the property services industry for 5 years. Maria coordinates on a day to day basis the sourcing of new business for the company, including taking part in the tendering process. As an integral part in the development of the company, Maria remains in touch with the operations team and the clients.

Rodney Stone
Sales & Technical Support


Rodney provides Sales and Technical support across the entire range of the business activities; Rodney has over 35 years’ experience in the property services industry. For the past 25 years’ Rodney has been in management, including management positions in major companies such as Berkeley Challenge/Spotless and Prestige (Now ISS) and was director in his own property services company from 2002 to 2015.

Carlos Ortiz
Area Supervisor


Carlos has more than 20 years experience in the property services industry and more than 10 years as a Senior Supervisor. He oversees the cleaning operations of all contracts within the Metropolitan area and reports directly to the Operations Manager (Fab Barra).
